5 Armenian servicemen were returned to the opposite side

Guided by the principles of humanism, the Republic of Azerbaijan handed over 5 persons of Armenian origin to the Armenian side on December 29, 2021 through the mediation of the Republic of Hungary.

These people are servicemen of Armenian origin detained on November 16, 2021 during prevention of the provocation by the Armenian armed forces in the direction of Kalbajar on the state border. The above-mentioned 5 Armenian citizens, overtime military servicemen - Abramyan Sarkis Arturi, born on 01.11.1995, Khachatryan Arman Vachagani, born on 18.06.1991, Agajanyan Vage Sasuni, born on 08.01.1988, Khachataryan Suren Levai, born on 16.04.1992 and Avetyan Aram Artemi, born on October 04.10.1997.

We state that on November 26, December 4 and 19, 2021, Azerbaijan returned 21 servicemen of Armenian origin to the opposite side.
